Valuations of Emerging Companies

For more than 20 years, we have developed a unique set of methodologies and metrics for valuing emerging companies. Among the considerations that we apply in such analyses are scoring of management teams, determining addressable market sizes, modeling market penetration rates, gauging competitive environments, ascertaining the potential of technologies, understanding how capital structure will impact shareholder returns and appraising intellectual property positions. We developed and run the Certified Emerging Company Analyst designation.
